This album is based on collection of stories based around "Madeleine Homes" in Dublin, Ireland. Homes for single mothers who were used in sweat shops and the fate of their children who were often taken without the mother's consent to be placed on child labour farms. Musically I have stepped out of familiar genres and embraced sounds over instruments to tell the stories. Drones, loops and mechanical sounds , low frequency noise have been used to paint a picture of the desolation these mothers and children experienced.
